    Bracer of mastery

    I bought the recipe in my bounty hunter hero. Is it correct that I have to re-buy it in warrior/mage modes. Both are showing the recipe as locked

    Yes. BoMs (Bracers of Mastery) are class specific. Otherwise, you'd get a Shockwave Bracer for your Mage (as an example).
