The heroes you face in the Arena are just snapshots of heroes. The player in your screenshot has not played with that hero since Spiritstone jewelry has been fixed. I wouldn't worry about your Arena rating, since there aren't any rewards associated with the Arena leaderboard. The Arena was an experimental feature added to the game just to see how players would like asynchronous PvP. Before any leaderboard rewards are added, the crashes will be fixed and numerous balance changes will be made.
