Intermittent Loot Disappearance Post-Boss Fight

Hi everyone,
I've been enjoying Eternium, but I've encountered a recurring problem that seems more than just a visual glitch.
After defeating a boss and looting drops, I sometimes notice the items don’t appear in my inventory. In a few cases, they briefly show up, but upon returning to town or switching zones, they’re gone. This occurs inconsistently, maybe 1 in 5 runs, and often with higher-tier items.
Has anyone diagnosed this further or heard from the devs on it? Any debug tools or logs I could pull to help narrow it down?

Are you out of space in your inventory? If so, then the items would stay in the level when you leave it to go to the hometown.

Just in case, have you checked the materials page, the hammer and anvil icon.

There are also the occasional daily quests items that will disappear once you cleared the quest: Lost souls, wooden fragments, some other collection stuff...
