Ability rate bonus

Hi peeps,
I expect most experience players will already know this but for more recent players,
Just to let you you know that after messing around to see how much I can get frost nova etc cool down for the Elemental Regal build that the bonus AR % gained from followers and spirit gems is capped at 30% TOTAL, ie having 3 wizards and a say 3% gem equipped will still only give 30%
Same goes for 2 wizards and 2 6% gems.
Cool down bonuses from equipment, reg gems, spells still add up but with dimishing returns,
Also AR cool down bonus seems capped at 72%
Best cool down for the ELM spells is just under 2 and half secs for FN, IM etc without celestial.

The AR is not capped at 72%. However, diminishing returns make it harder to pass that point.
Good job finding out about the Manastim and Xagan limits though, would be nice if the game actually tells us that.

I made the mistake of buying two Xagans at the beginning of the season, not realizing that Manistims would make them redundant. I'm not buying Nogrims though, I'll just run two Xagans and one Manistim until the Manistims go away again.
