I was playing on my phone and laptop back and forth. I purchased gems on the laptop but when I closed the transaction screen I got a message that there was a more recent update to my game. I had to restart the game on my laptop and when I did, there were no gems or mail with a gem delivery. However, my Eternium cash shows the transaction was completed.
