On november 11 2023 I bought 2600 gems on my phone and have been charged twice for them but only received 2600. I do not ask for a refund but would greatly appreciate the other 2600 gems. I want to buy more gems but am relunctant before getting the ones I already paid for. Please let me know what can be done about this. I tried recovering from the main menu but it didn’t work.

I'm sorry you had trouble with your order. I see 5 charges on our end of things and I have verified that all 5 orders were delivered. Do you see more than 5 charges at https://finance-app.itunes.apple.com/purchases?
