Not saving trial levels

I finally beat trial 141 on mobile with only two seconds and I was so stoked until I checked mage leaderboards and it says my last completed trial was 139. It just feels discouraging to keep playing if I'm just gonna stay at same level. My character name is Henfor, username is fightdawalrus. I can answer any questions if need be, thank you.

edit : this has been happening for at least two days. I've tried restarting and all that. Not sure what more to do.

This typically happens from time to time, but I've had a few more reports than usual over the last few days. I've asked the engineers to look into it. In the meantime, just keep on truckin' and try to complete 141 with a better time (or beat a higher Trial).

Since a bit, just beating the current LB record is enough. No need to do a better result than the unregistered one.
