Lost progress in event hero

Hello,

I'm playing in two devices, my tablet and phone, not simultaneously.
I played a feel hours in my tablet in a new hero for the event yesterday, get back to town and closed the game.
Today when I opened the game in my phone all my progress was lost, my hero was level one back again.
There is some way to get my progress back?
This happened because i played in two different devices with my account?

When you're playing on multiple devices, it's important to make sure you are logged out of one device before logging into another. Doing so will force a server save and avoid this scenario.
