So, I tried to buy gems, and the payment didn’t go through. It was purchase was successful, and then it kicked me out of the game and I had to restart it. After I opened the game up again, I still had the same amount of gems as I had before I purchased the gems. How do I go about trying to restore my purchases so I get the gems?

I'm sorry you had trouble with your purchase. Looking at your game data, I see that the order was delivered, but because there was a connection issue, the order needs to be manually collected. You can collect your goods by going to the game settings and opening the Vault. Once there, tap on the order that needs to be collected, then tap the "retry" or "open" button.
