I just auto salvage my epic legacy cape (of ancestral spirits) with 3 spirit stones and want them back, please!

There was no warning... I suggest that legacy items or items outfitted with at least one spirit stone. can't be salvaged by the "auto salvage (epic)" items.
The spirit stones I lost were
2x 6% Cooldown
1x 4% Movement speed+10% Haste+10% Dodge Rating.
