Apple automatically refunded the money I spent to buy the premium pass.

First post. Long time on-and-off player. I couldn’t find a support email address, thus I’m hoping that this is intentional, i.e. such requests like the following are meant to be posted here. If not, please remove and DM me instructions.

A couple of minutes after I bought the premium season pass, Apple automatically refunded my purchase without my permission. No reason was provided either. So, first off, please don’t ban my account . I am a developer myself and highly respect your work; I’ll gladly try buying it again!

Weird. Thanks for letting me know. We have zero control over Apple orders - they don't even let us see your order history like other distributors do. In other words, if you hadn't said you were refunded, we'd have no way of knowing, so you wouldn't be banned or anything like that.

Ok, it seems to have been a one-time thing. I bought a “Shrine of the Oracle” pack and it stuck. Look, normally I wouldn’t be too concerned, but you guys deserve the support.
