They were actually able to find and hotfix the issue (meaning it is fixed without an update). You should see the correct costs now.

I'm using an Android Smartphone, a bit advanced in years, but young enough to run most apps smoothly: Samsung Galaxy S7. Android Version is 8.0.0. Sorry to hear that there's no short-term solution at hand.

Which game version are you playing? Microsoft, Steam, Epic, iOS, Android, etc.

Assuming the cause of the problem might have been that I wasn't logged in when I created the ANB hero I deleted that one and created a new one while logged in. Unfortunately that didn't help, the problem's still the same. Travis, Is any of the engineers back from the weekend yet so he might take care of the issue?

Hold off on unlocking anything that's over priced and try not to use up any event time while I talk to the engineers about this.

I just created a new account and an ANB hero but don't get the usual benefits. For instance I'm charged 350 gems for unlocking the second passives skill instead of 25. Travis, can you please look into that matter?!
