Celestial Item Unbound

Hi--

Been lurking for a while; finally have a reason for a first post. I have a weird problem. I have a lvl 77 Emblem of the Everbound that I used a Celestial Transform on last season. It was appropriately bound to my main warrior character. I used it to push trial levels. The problem popped up when I click on the equipped Emblem to check the stats for the new season. The game engine unequipped the item, placed it in my inventory, and removed the binding to that character. Now the Emblem says "Bound to" in red with no hero name. It also says "Cannot be used by a Warrior," also in red. How can I fix this?

Are you sure you didn't delete the Warrior it was bound to?

100% certain. I have had 1 warrior that I use for pushing since I created the account. The Emblem is in his inventory, and he has an unequipped trinket slot where it used to be.

I had an engineer look into it. The Emblem currently in your inventory is bound to Cjeb, a Warrior you deleted on March 20th.

That's really weird. Cjeb (in my incredibly complex naming system) is the character I recyce for crafting lvl 77s. That character did craft the item, but I had it equipped and transformed on Jebxc. I used the Emblem to push on Jebxc last season. He's still equipped with the 5 Defender/ 1 Juggernaut set-up, but now with the Emblem in inventory rather then equipped. Is it possible that deleting the character who crafted the item caused a glitch in the celestial binding?

The exact words from the dev:
"It's bound to HERO-0ED4B2A7-A35F97DE-FC39571D-D8A06B88AF61E4CC4372BEF15DEFE62D" (which was Cjeb)

"Here's what I found:
- On the backup from March 19th, the player has 2 Emblems of the Everbound, both in the shared stash.
- On the next backup from March 20th, the player still has both items in stash, and a third one is now equipped to Jebxc (HERO-36604D34-6A85E755-E2DADDCC-3DB2497EFB9D59B6E1BFFDD6B77BD6BA). The newest Emblem was bound to HERO-0ED4B2A7-A35F97DE-FC39571D-D8A06B88AF61E4CC4372BEF15DEFE62D (which was Cjeb)."

Thanks for digging into this. Any update? From my reading of what the dev said, it kind of looks like what I experienced. The new emblem was equipped by Jebxc but somehow bound to Cjeb. Ordinarily I wouldn't care, but I know you're familiar with how much time, effort, and materials it takes to get a lvl 77 legacy item
