Unable to purchase Shrine of the Oracle

Hi, I am trying to purchase the Shrine of the Oracle offer but I keep getting the following errors. I have never had an issue but I have tried both yesterday and today with the same result. FWIW I just switched from Windows 10 pro to Windows 11 pro if that makes a difference.(I only play on PC) Please help.

Try the following:

1. Open the start menu.
2. Go to settings>apps.
3. Search for "Eternium" and click on the result.
4. Click "advanced options".
5. Click "reset".
6. Try your purchase again.

Travis, I went to what you sent and saw this ~ does it mean if I push "reset" will I lose everything? (heros, mats, etc)
I did go to the store and got my shrine of the oracle for the next month.
Sorry, I just got 11 and still am not used to it.
I did push the "repair' button but no joy from that

As long as you've saved your Eternium profile to a Making Fun account using your email address (a.k.a. created an Eternium account), your game data is safe on our servers.

Good evening, Eternium fans. I installed the game on my laptop, but when I load it to enter the game, I get this error:

File read error: pmq/pm-7-6b65-2365fa6e.dat-

What should I do?

When do you see the error? On launch...on login, etc.? A screenshot would be great.

o erro aparece sempre nesse momento... (vou mandar outra imagem em anexo), não desinstalei porque ele não aparece no meu painel e quando uso o instalador, ele o app e só da a aopção de "Jogar".
