    Games is crashing on Iphone 15 after new update

    Hello devs,
    i was playing Eternium every day till yesterday without any problems at all, from yesterday it keeps crashing every time in hero selection menu. Reinstalling doesnt work. Restarting my phone worked but after one trial run it crashed in the village and again i cant gest past hero selection menu.

    On Pc steam version it runs fine but cant play on phone anymore.

    When it crashes all screen turns little bit darker for some reason and cant click on anything so need to close an app. In other words game becomes unresponsive.

    Yours is the first report I've seen like this for iOS, which usually indicates that it's something local (with your device) and not a widespread issue. Try the following (in order):
    1. Force close the app by opening your app switcher, then sliding the image ("preview card") of the game upward.
    2. Remove the app.
    3. Restart your device.
    4. Go to the App Store and reinstall the app.
    5. Launch the game and login.
    ​You can also try closing other apps running in the background to see if it helps.

      I did that in exact order, chose hero and it looked promising but again it crashed in village 10s after. Then again I openened the game and i cant even choose hero, crashing agan.
      Maybe this version of ios is not compatible. I will continue to play on pc till it fixes somehow. Thanks for your fast reply

        CakeOwner, I hate to hear that. By any chance did you adjust the viewing distance in the settings? My game was fine all day, then I adjusted the viewing distance “without restarting the game”, and I was crashing every single time I left through a portal leaving trials. I ended up resetting the settings and game worked fine again.

        iPhone 15 huh?? I hate to hear that. I play on a rinky dink iPhone 8 Plus that’s like 6 years old and it’s giving me problems, so I ordered a “IP15” today. Fingers crossed ? I guess.

        Which leads me to my last question.@Travis/support manager..I’ve had this game on my phone for probably 4 years, but just started playing a lot the last month or so. My account is linked to a bellsouth email that no longer works. How do I link my account to my new email without losing all my progress and purchases?

        My new phone is coming in, in a few days and I want to be sure I can long in without any problems “because I’ve never logged out of the “tap to start” screen.

          Happy to announce that it's working again, for some reason it just stopped working for few days and now its fine.
