Is server down?

I just recently got my new phone. Before I even set it up on my account on Apple ID…I noticed my game on my older phone said “game is offline”. I have WiFi/internet/cellular service but my game account is offline. I thought maybe deleting the game off my phone and reinstalling it would help, now I can’t even access my account. I’m kinda getting concerned because I’ve invested a lot of time and recently money to support the game developers.

if anyone could respond quickly I would appreciate it really really a lot.
