Is whirlwind affected by a warrior's haste rating?

This is something I have been curious about for a while. I have tried experimenting a bit but I don't trust my results. What do you guys think, is WW affected by one's attack speed?

I think that all skills that say "deals dmg for x seconds" are affected by attack speed. It does not deal a certain amount of hits, but for a certain period of time. So, if u have a speed of 5 hits per second, then WW hits 20 times

Based on a quick retest, the number of hits is the same as your attack speed - if you stop your normal attacks, you can see the orange circle whenever the mob take a hit from Whirlwind

Yes, Whirlwind is affected by a Warrior's Attack Speed => it hit the mob at the same rate as the Attack Speed...

If whirlwind sw my hero's attribute haste Rating is 4. For Whirlwind DW I still have no idea. As i recently start to play DW i dunno the Haste requirement. Is it 5 or ?
