Surviving the land

I got both level 77 items that were sent in the mail, supposedly. But I can't check to see if I actually got them because I can't find the surviving the land event anywhere in the game. So I can't access it. How do I play the event? Where can I find it?

You have to have a level 70 standard hero before you can access New Beginning and Survive the Land events.
