Travis I have a member who is still having problems with level 400. This is what she says: Netty Coyle: The spirit charm highlights the banana and its in both pictures the canteen is now missing from the picture. It flashes around the floor and I cannot see what is missing and the charm is not picking it up

Have a question, looked through your FAQ, but cannot find the answer. While playing the game, two stars go to one star. It shows a big star then a little star and I cannot seem to get 3 stars in one area. I am in city 13 and cannot seem to get 3 stars in most of the rooms. I have done the big trains first working towards the engine and have left some of the small cars, that didn't work. So then I tried just getting all the cars and that didn't work. Then I tried just working from the right till the engine showed up and getting that, but cannot seem to get 3 stars. Like I said some of the rooms two stars go to one star at the top...any help? Thank you

Sorry to say that I am now having to retract this statement as twice this morning I have into the game the 'normal' way and twice no top panel.
Quite annoying really.

Sorry for giving you incorrect info but at the time of posting that I was convinced I was correct else I would never have said anything.

When a new player gets far enough into the game (City 3, I think), Paris becomes the "active" Journey. However, players have the option to use tickets (and GMs) to unlock any of the Journeys. Once Paris expires (for the new player), then they see what you see -- whatever Journey is active for everyone else is active for them (which would be Brussels right now).

paris is a killer one for newbies to start with poor souls ... hats hats.. everywhere and not one that suits me

Hi Travis, you know this problem of the top panel in the game not loading every now and then.
I think I have it marked now. It only seems to happen when I click on a 'Free Energy' post not when I go into the game the usual way.

i have to say that it makes no difference to me whether it's via a free 3 energy prize or normal entry... this annoying panel is becoming far too prominent lately. cache bursting to be cleaned with amount of times I need to go in compared to before.. hope it gets fixed

I posted that I had won 3 stars and when I tried to close out level 37 the star disappeared and left me with 2. I tried it again on that level and it worked. I closed out another city with the 3rd star but I still lost 1 of my stars.

Thanks, Soshan Brown, for posting this to Travis for Cissy...she told me that instead of "level 37" she meant "City" 37 and the level was 360...she was closing out cities that give tickets, as I did with my stars, but the first time she tried to bring the star down, it did not work, just disappeared and left her with 2 stars but she was able to close that city with the 2nd star at that time. She doesn't remember the other level she used the last star on....thanks, Soshan and Travis...just wanted to clarify that it was level 360

When someone completes a journey and posts to their wall it says http://prntscr.com/4bohwo but I checked how many gms I had then clicked the share link and no gms were added to my count, are we supposed to get gms or is this an error in the wording?

Its nice to keep forums tidy - i used to have my own web site and cleaned them up monthly . I did always find it useful for members to
at least acknowledge their effort in posting and allow reasonable time for them to read the responses prior to cleaning though . Also found it
kept spirits up to let them know what the issue was , how it came about and how it was resolved making it easier for them to know if it occured
again that it was something that could be rectified without causing too much distress .

I don't know if it's worth updating the FAQ, since the cost is stated at the gate. Stars can be bought at gates for 4 tickets each.

I thought it might have been done on a sliding scale. You have told me what I wanted 1 star = 4 tickets.
