Thanks Sue. Let "Mrs. Heath" know that she can take a screenshot on an iPad by holding the home button, then pressing the lock button. The image will be saved on her camera roll.

Travis one of our members plays the game on her ipad. On level 93 it is asking for "Comb" and it is no where to be seen. Screen shot is not perfect but best we could do but you can see it is not on the level. http://prntscr.com/3j7ju1

Hiya Travis... Since I got the Spin the Wheel feature back, my wheel is not aligned correctly, which sometimes makes it difficult to know what I get versus what I might should have gotten. Is there anyway to fix this in my game? I don't know if anyone else has reported this to you having the same problem or not.

Thanks, Venus. We found that this had to do with browser zoom. The issue will be resolved with our next update!

Today I got to do the spinner, and the needle landed in between the 50 tickets and a sleuth and looked more like it was on the tickets and I only got a sleuth. Is there something I'm not seeing?[ATTACH=CONFIG]969[/ATTACH]

I'm sorry for any confusion. However, looking at the larger screenshot you posted on Facebook, the tip of the pointer is on the left side of the line:


That said, I will ask the art team to make the animations more obvious as to where the pointer lands.

Also I wonder if you could check my ticket count for me. I thought I had a few more tickets than are presently shown. It's possible I have inadvertently used some recently but I don't think so. I would appreciate it if you could verify please. Thank you for your assistance. Rita

Rita, looking at your game data, I see that you haven't used any tickets since March. I see you have 82. Are you sure you're missing some?

For 2 days now every time I play the journey right after it takes my GM and energy and right when it should be loading the scene, it goes straight back to the journal beginning and then the whole game freezes up! The scene of the barber shop has sparkles around it and an arrow pointing down to it and it is froze like that! I have to hit escape to get out of the game!
