Hey there! Once a week, the tournament icon lights up & I play. When I've had one turn, the message states how long I will have until I can play again. However, the icon does not light up again until the new weekly tournament. Also, I've mastered all the cities up to 20 & the Treasure Hunts icon has never been lit up. Can you please advise me on what to do? Thanks so much!

How do you earn shooting stars

The only way to earn shooting stars is by completing Juliet's Journeys. I believe each Journey awards 2-3 shooting stars.

can you help, cannot find hat in the 2nd part of AMSTERDAM in Juliets Journey, its tha last item on train and have tried sleuths boosters everything, where is the hat please

Ok, the engineers weren't able to figure out what happened. Everything in her data indicated that someone had played all of the Journey scenes on her account and completed them. Regardless, I had them reset her Journey data back to Granada.

Looking at your game data, I see that you've been receiving your rewards normally. Going back 7 days:

• 2015-08-11: 25 GMs.
• 2015-08-12: +2 tickets and access to the wheel.
• 2015-08-13: 2x +3 energy pack.
• 2015-08-14: Slow Time
• 2015-08-15: +10 GMs and access to the prize wheel.
• 2015-08-16: +10 energy pack.
• 2015-08-17: +2 tickets and access to the prize wheel.
• 2015-08-18: +3 energy pack.

It looks like you went from Day 7 straight to Day 2 for some reason, but you're definitely progressing through the rewards.

Joan spent 19 tickets on a 5 pack of seekers. Since she still had the seekers, I went ahead and reversed the transaction.

Will you please post a screenshot of what Sandra is seeing that indicates that she's completed all of the Journeys?
