Hidden Express Won't Load

It's been two days and my hidden express won't load on facebook on my laptop. Keeps saying my express train has timed out. This is what it says under the game COPY UID AND TOKEN

Have you tried playing using Google's Chrome browser?

It's working now but will not let me access the 18 +50 energies I have. I have attached a screen shot. How do I get them to be available to me?

You need to have room on your energy meter to use them. If you don't have room to add 50 energy, then you can't use a +50 energy pack.
