This build includes the persistent (non-hotfix) fix for the issue preventing some players from seeing the event on some devices. The build also:
Fixes an issue with Scholar's boots.

Fixes overlapping UI buttons when not using the PC HUD.

Same happened to me. Thought I'd bought them all, then the boots showed up.
