Release Notes - 1.18.x

Game version 1.18.5 will be released on all platforms throughout the week. Here's what's in store:

Immediate Changes:

• Mage Timewarp: Increased the duration for all levels to 12 seconds.
• Mage Paradox: Increased the duration from 2 to 5 seconds. Decreased the cooldown from 45 seconds to 40 seconds.
• NEW Arcanist Set 6 piece bonus: Casting any skill generates a Shard of Frozen Time. Casting Time Warp, Paradox, Singularity or Blink generates an additional Shard of Frozen Time. 10 shards will be automatically consumed, granting 70% damage reduction, 400% bonus Arcane damage for 15 seconds and finishing all your cooldowns. (WAS: Casting Blink, Time Warp, Paradox, or Singularity generates a Shard of Frozen Time. 7 shards will be automatically consumed, granting 70% damage reduction, 300% bonus damage, making you immune to control effects for 9 seconds, and finishing all your cooldowns.)
• Fixed an issue causing some players to not see Legacy item recipes to purchase.
• Corrected Battle Rage ability description.
• Corrected a typo in the "Breaking the Resistance" quest title.
• Added push notifications added for some in-game events.

Will the new Arcanist bonuses be applied to existing Arcanist gear, or does new gear need to be collected/crafted in order for new bonuses to apply?

It's a set bonus (as opposed to a gear stat change), so you shouldn't need to craft new gear.
