Power to you! My point remains just as valid. Different bosses -> different best gear (unless you happen to have everything near perfect already). It shouldn't require a one-shoe-fits-all approach; there's no reason to restrict that.

I cleared 195th trial by warrior with more than 2 minutes on timer and I didn't change my gear during the run. I said more, I never changed my build on trial runs.

EDIT: ... or perhaps the difference is simply our CL level (your 733? vs. my 73). With that much CL you certainly don't need gear change (in worst case of need, you could simply rehash the champion points mid-trial ).

But, I hope the message is not that "we need to grind to that much CL to be able to play mid-level Trials"...

Several month ago I cleared 105th trial without champion level bonuses. What trial you have reach today?
Ok. I just tried and cleared 140th trial without CL, I killed Magroth and have more than 2 minutes on timer.

I'm on Trial 78. I have 75K damage, 144K toughness, 50K recovery. I have no idea how you do that (can you video it? Would be interested).

While I wouldn't rank my skill as top tier, I don't see any glaring mistakes in my gameplay. With the items I have, the skills I have, and even the CL I have, it is absolutely necessary to switch some gear for certain bosses. TBD I need movement to evade the killing breath; Gorlak I need more toughness to survive when he hits; Elban I need to switch gear, switch skills, *and* pray.

Magroth is not, with all respect, a good comparison point because it is quite possible to kill him without ever taking a hit (just as Xenodon is not a good comparator because it is all too easy to outpace his DPS and kill him even AFK).

Maybe we can exchange friend codes? I would like to compare your gear to mine, at least. I feel I have some decent items, but having gone through to CL733 I imagine you must have much better ones too.

I think folks are overreacting about the gear/minion/ability lockdown during trials. I'm sure most of you have played Diablo 3...this is no different than rifts.

What I don't like is I only use right click for primary attack, this effectively leaves me with 1 attack on PC. On the phone I cant double click so it also leaves me with only 1 primary attack. We should be able to switch the skills we have equipped (as in move skill from left to right click).

Also we should be able to change the symbols for the minions. If you have 3 of same minion you should be able to make it the same command. my issue is drawing circles. I **** it up half the time and want circles removed.

LOL just FYI and to point out how crap I am at this game, the only trial boss to kill me between trail 1250-1440 was Xenodon and he did it 3 times. Why only this boss. All other bosses made me fight and focus. Xenodon I got lazy and he kicked my arse lol.

I suppose you mean the Nemezida character then? I drool at some of your gear... can only imagine how long that took to acquire... I guess it does make a difference. Your armor - even without CL points spent - is about 19K if I'm not mistaken (~6K on items + ~10K from your CL autobonus, all this x1.2 for the Tough as Nails). That means around 86.4% damage reduction (vs. my paltry 62%).

I stand by what I said - while I can appreciate that at your level you can breeze through Trial 140 or whatever without changing gear/skills (essentially meaning that Trial level is quite beneath your power), I find it vital when running Trials around the top of one's capability (for me, 78; for you, ???). And I see absolutely NO reason to restrict that in the game, when you can do it (in fact, you are advised to do it by the game itself) in normal/story mode.

I agree, circles are horrible and it never detects them very well.

Uninstalling the game is overreacting. Voicing a complaint doesn't seem to be.

Basically I feel it removes an interesting aspect of tactics/character development (again, one which is recommended in the main story mode game itself) for... sorry again what reason exactly???

Plus, it further eschews Trials play to those utra-high-end characters (point of example, Dyoma's build, check it out) who can survive *regardless* of this change. Those of us who can't are kind of ushered back to story mode or lower-level Trials until we can farm the gear and the CL to play with the grownups. Oh wait, except gear doesn't really drop in Story mode / low-level Trials anymore. Hmm...

That's his tactic!! He will feign incapacity and lead you off your guard.

To be fair, he does have decent reach with his circling venom/fire breath - which I imagine is, again, death on hit at your Trial level?

For me personally it was always the "M" draw that I couldn't get through. Circles are more or less ok. You gotta use yourself to start them to the left so they don't get confused with your utility skills.

TBH it's been integral to the way I have to play Warrior, this may be down to a gear or skillset thing, but jewelled for Vit and talented for survival bosses can still one shot if they are not locked down with Maggi 100℅

Summoner boss just needs a big nerf, without being locked down he one shots minions (hence needing 3 to lock him up)

His knock backs are to mission critical given he knocks you out of range for LOH

He's the slowest kill by far with x2 swords but invariably needs a shield due to oneshoting which makes killing him in timer next to impossible.

It's basically going to make rolling with x3 Maggi's mandatory (which will make map clearing slower) for me unless I just want to abandon when 2 of the bosses rock up

When I started to read this, I was like , okay I am done with this game.
Blade fury , what an important thing to buff...
whirlwind visual effects, what do I care...
I know that using a shield on trials is impossible to succeed in time , so will see.
Indeed some bosses should be nerved too.
Drop rate if it's going to be the same, I am getting tired of grinding, way too many hours demanding.
But will give it a small try to see.
