Not seeing your friends in the request dialog is a result of having the "Don't ask again before sending requests to these friends from this app." option selected when sending gifts or requests. With that option selected, your friends will stop showing up in your list of friends to send things to. Additionally, each friend can only be sent one gift and one request every 24 hours. Due to the confusion caused by the option, it has been removed. However, some players continue to experience problems. Our engineers are looking into the issue and will have it resolved as soon as possible. In the meantime, you can make sure your friends aren't being filtered (the list showing should be "All Friends") or try typing your friends' names in.
