Hey Mike! I reviewed your raw account data and error log. Unfortunately, your problem is being caused by excessive server traffic or a slow network connection. When your game is making a request to the server and it takes more than 30 seconds (30,000 milliseconds) to get a response, then you are being what is called "timed out". We cannot fix a slow network connection, but our engineers are currently hard at work to optimize the server so it can handle a more strenuous load. The team projects that, once the server is configured correctly, no request will take any longer than 100 milliseconds (0.1 second) to receive a response, resulting in better performance during gameplay and loading.
