Equip Path of the Fourth Sigil?, boots that allow you to replace your second attack slot with a fourth ability slot and grant a potent 25% cooldown reduction to that ability. When worn with set pants, these boots also count as an additional piece of that set, preserving crucial set synergy.
Spiritstone Shift
