OMG! Have a look at this.

I just crafted perfection! Can't believe it.On my third craft.
Guess what? I am switching to either a 6H or 4H/2D build. Have to try this little baby.

We have to lobby for a 6H enhancement.

I am still debating whether I should go full havoc or hybrid.

I've reached TL 156 with full Havoc but it doesn't look like it can go much higher.

Hybrid, on the contrary, is all over the leaderboards; scales damage much more easily.
In theory the buff from SS on everything else adds more damage than the heatseekers; that's what I'm testing now.

Thanks. Yes I must say I am very tempted by the hybrid sticky bombs build.

Wow, that's a keeper!!! I think that my best one is still a level 74.

I have been experimenting with different set ups. I decided to try the 4h:2D set using only Epic level gear and only 400 CLs to mimic an ANB "starter" set. The epic hybrid build outperformed the 6D consistently. I was mostly testing TL80 runs, but I easily pushed the epic hybrid up to TL105. I still want to try a Havoc build with Assassin's Belt to see if there is some synergy there, but I will most likely be running hybrid build in the next ANB.

I doubt it will be any good for pushing. The Belt ppm is only 15, and the SB damage is not boosted by the 4-Havoc. You will lack firepower for the boss.
It may even be of negligible help when farming 105s, because of the poor ppm added to the huge damage of Havoc which may wipe the floor before any bomb can be stuck.
If you test it, please keep us posted!

LodWig I am still testing the 6Havoc build with Assassin's belt. Just finished TL130 in 2:50, and it was a walk in the park. I was able to time my Heatseeker attacks to proc with ToS enough times to see some large mobs simply evaporate into thin air. Here are the stats from this run:

Using a level 77 Charm of Qol boosts my Missile Proc damage, and a level 77 Assassin's belt dropped in the Sticky Bomb damage without needing to change out any of the Havoc gear. It seems odd that Heatseekers is only 22% of damage on this build, since it was 57% of damage when using Belt of Ordnance.

The BoM has a 99% Heatseeker damage bonus, but the rest of my gear is nothing to write home about. Both of the trinkets and belt have Fire Damage for a 60.4% bonus. Unlike the Belt of Ordnance, where the boss fight was long and difficult, it felt like the Sticky Bombs from the Assassin's Belt made for a pretty quick boss fight. Including my damage stats below, so you can see the numbers. If anything, my AR is a bit low at 1195, but I spend to much time dodging counterattacks and rounding up mobs that I don't really notice the cooldown time so much.

LodWig I did a couple of test runs that confirmed your hypothesis. It turns out that Sticky Bombs does not contribute any significant amount of damage during the boss fight. The damage during the boss fight is mostly due to a three-way split between Explosive Shot (AOE), Missile Proc, and Heatseekers. Not sure why the boss fight is faster for the Assassin's Belt than for the Belt of Ordnance, but it is probably just because the stats on the Assassin's Belt [Level 77] are better than on the Belt of Ordnance [Level 72]. Looks like there is not really another way to match the hybrid 4H2D build.
