I've noticed that there is no change in my speed when I use WW. 25.5 before and during when the skill is used. Is this intentional or a bug?

The value in the details menu doesn't change, but I believe the char is moving faster, at least it feels that way to me. Most temporary boosts do not change the stats in the details menu

I dont move faster. Every once in a while I'll zoom across the screen but there's no way I'm moving 30 percent faster after I cast ww.

Well, I thought at first that WW did increase movement speed, but after testing it myself I must admit that it ain't. I tried the same map, the same distance, 32 MS or 21.9 MS:it's the same time whether or not I cast WW. The 30% bonus is not applied either with low or high speed.
