Survive the Land custom item

Hello, I received an e-mail for the current Survive the Land event to get a custom level 77 item, yet I can customize a level 70 item (both on Android and Windows).
Anyone else?

Hi!

I think I have lost Custom 77 Item that was sent to e-mail subsribers. I did not use it and after reaching 70 l have received two 70 lvl items, but once I have checked the stash all 3 of them were 70lvl. I do not how and when 77 switched to 70. Also I did have a chance to collect 3rd 70 Item. It is available by purchaise only. Have anyone had this issue?

I got the Bonus legendary item for having a Season Pass. It said in the description that it would be a level 77 but when I used it it was only a level 70. Anyone else?

I was wondering about that too. The email said level 77 but used it and it only produced a level 70 item. I was crushed

I have noticed a few people on the leaderboard with Level 77 Ephemeral weapons and I too was wondering how they got it. I have looked at all of the STL progression rewards and all store offers and cannot find anything that states Level 77 Custom Legendary. I figured it was a bug and those random few people just got away with an unfair advantage. #feelsbadman

I received the email subscriber gift of a custom legendary item for the current event. It says it is for a lvl 77 and judging by the number of players on the leaderboards who have a lvl 77 Liberator shield with near perfect stats many received one. When I reached lvl 70 I also got two more as a reward but when I opened the email one, instead of getting a lvl 77 I got a lvl 70. All three custom legendary crates looked the same but I made sure the one I opened was the email gift one. I have not opened the other two. Was the error in the email labeling or did I get glitched somehow. If a glitch it is a big liability to compete against those free big shields others got.

edit2: Also, the gift item was supposed to be Lvl 77 ephemeral but got a Lvl 70 permanent

Same here. Opened my subscriber custom crate as soon as I reached level 70 and got a lvl 70 item instead of a lvl 77. I know others got a lvl 77 because I can see a bunch of people on the event leader board with lvl 77 Liberator shields and they all have agility, crit damage, armour and usually exp stats.The stats you want, nothing random. I did not accidentally open a custom item event crate for reaching lvl 70 either, I opened my subscriber gift crate.

I opened my subscriber gift crate when I got to lvl 70 and got a lvl 70 item instead of the promised lvl 77. I haven’t opened the two lvl 70 event crates yet but they are both identical and don’t mention lvl77. Looking at the event leaderboard, others seem to have gotten their lvl 77 gift. I use an iPad Air, I wonder if it’s an apple thing?
