Having more slots open for haste and such does allow for Eileen to be used instead of the second Endar too. Eileen's vortex does help in mobbing in my experience. At 8 hits/sec you don't necessarily NEED the attack speed boost from that extra Endar

Yeah. And i've done the Eileen mix with stalker to pretty good effect. Her cool down is just slow. Maggie is supposed to get a vortex too. At which point this may REALLY become a build when you can ignore CR, stack haste and vortex twice.

I tested snipe proc at 7-9 AS awhile back and seem to remember not noticing a difference. This might be different when adding in further haste with as Hailstorm(s), but I didn't have any.

Yeah I can't seem to stack enough to get.it to really show up. I'm sure there is a quicker rate but, you just don't feel it. But what happens at haste stacked to get you to 9+ and two hailstorms?

The sheet damage is really misleading in this case. Because of the high CL level, the actual damage per hit is much higher.
My current BH @ CL 866 is doing 16,828 - 21,032 per hit. My sheet damage is 867,341.I'm positive that I am not putting out 2x the DPS given your 452k sheet damage

Only recently I was able to complete TL 100 in 8:30 and that was a pretty good run with ideal mobs, etc...

I would be curious to see what your results are if you only added enough points to match say a CL 850 - 900 and repeat the same exercise.
