Gratz Cmptrwhz . Do you mind sharing your build and passive skills. I was doing testing lately in Arcanist and FK set and I still think it lacks the combo ELR and GMC have. Your inputs will be valuable in order to contruct a better feedback and suggestion to the devs.
I suggested a new weapon set and I think a shield instead of tome is better for deflection.Retired Mobile Player

Cmptrwhz That is more than enough actually. I am trying different builds lately and yes we need AR. But we need toughness too. And we have limited skills to use! I posted a suggestion for a set weapon and you might want to share your thoughts about it.
I really thought that a sword and shield is way better for a mage using Arcanist. I'll call it Spell Gladiator Assault: Shield bonus: Damage increase by 30% and incoming damaged reduced by 15% everytime you take damage while mage armor is active. Stacks 5 up to 5 times. Sword bonus: Everytime a damage is deflected, there isRetired Mobile Player

So each casting of paradox took care of the 3 knock back hits, and if you watch my health it goes down as my shield wears off but I cast my next paradox just in time to recover for the next breath and keep from being affected by knock back. I'm so close to the dragon that my arc lightning speed boost and arcane bolts don't need too travel far therefore I'm hitting the dragon at the max amount of hits per second my stats allow giving me my life on hit max stats. That's my best understanding of what going on.Mobile only Android Note 10 plus

General A global cooldown varying between 1.5 seconds and 0.75 seconds (depending on ability rate - max reduction at 1500 AR) has been added to most abilities. A new “Hide Helm” option is available in the settings menu, as a checkbox. When checked, the helm is not displayed. Apples now have a 1 minute cooldown Potions
Besides he said, at Discord afaik, that you can't improve Alacrity beyond 50% AR. Can't show the source for this though.Action-RPG-History: Diablo, Diablo2, Diablo3 ... Eternium

The passive ability giving attacks a chance to reduce active cooldowns has been named “Alacrity”. Alacrity now provides a 5% chance to lower the cooldowns (was 25%), but this chance is increased by Ability Rate (up to 30% at 1500 Ability Rate)Eternium Files - links and details- Jewelry Guide - 20 Sep 2021: updated stats range for v1.5.73

Cmptrwhz After getting the hang of Arcanist, it seems the best way to go is play it from afar, meaning, forget about being hit. I manage to beat TL122, of course that is still way beyond yours but here's my strategy.
Attack: AL/AB
Utilities: Sing/TW/Blink
Passive: Celerity/GC/(variable) but I use endurance
The third will depend in what you need(can be PI, IT)
Strategy: Goal is to operate under the Arcanist 6 bonus most of the time. Use singularity to push mobs, TW, Blink 2x and let AB rain on them. Then repeat. Make sure you alternate with AL to get AS buff (it helps a lot in Alacrity). Once the set bonus kicks in, blink near mob, spam all the skills that cooled down. After it elapsed, you have 5 charges or more. Distance your hero again and repeat. If you get to summon the boss in 6-7 minutes window, then you win. The most pain is Magroth. But yeah, I will have to see TBD at 127. Here are my stats:
I think having enough Vitality helps. I used my Warrior jewelries. And I need more decent pieces and sockets for the set. I will try it again when I finished gold. My CR is way below so I will have to find a way to get that to at least 40%. The AR needs to be at 50%. I feel 50 is enough but we'll see.Last edited by Altheo 42; 06-07-2019, 04:00 PM.Retired Mobile Player
