If you're asking if you can have multiple types of elemental damage on the same gear piece, then yes, but do so at your own risk. It's not a bannable offense (and no one has ever been banned for doing it), but any items crafted this way may be removed without warning.

I made a physical/nature damage CoQ for my xp warrior, but I didn't see any difference in my clear times. Maybe if I had it on both trinkets, bracer and belt it might, but I'm not going to burn a bunch of mats on an experiment.
