I purchased the premium plus package thru the in game store and did not get the extra goodies, like boosters and treasure chests, and, of course, forgot about the discount . My gems and gold bank were increased, and the premium plus line was unlocked

Your season level should have increased, press on the items to claim them - there is no "extra" items. The Premium (& Plus) package only activate the extra rewards for you to claim once you reach the season level, and you get extra Bounties to gain season levels quicker - as well as increasing the Gold & Gems bank valur.
