Coming back from not playing in ages, primarily on iOS mobile. I tried to log into my profile via my phone and it just sits on syncing forever (literally left it sitting for more than an hour). When trying to log in via PC, it says syncing profile and then crashes straight to desktop with no error etc no matter how many times I try. I have quite a bit of built up progress, many seasons of rewards and celestial stuff that I'd rather not lose. Any help?

Your profile has been permanently banned. It looks like you installed a modified version of the game or used a third party hack, giving yourself millions of free Gems. If you want to play the game again, you'll have to install the official version of the game and create a new account using a different email address.
