    Trial Freezes

    Hi,

    I am experiencing Trial Freezes pretty much all the time. When I defeat the final boss and rewards are supposed to start flying in they don't. The game just freezes and has to be killed and some of the progress doesn't save. From what I observe it usually happens when I clear Trial that would unlock new stages of trial. Never happened when I was clearing lower level Trial that didn't unlock anything. Doesn't happen on Android Phone. This happens both in the ANB event and outside of it.

    Game version:1.25.10
    Windows/IOS/Android + version: Windows 11 Home Edition, Both Steam and Microsoft Store Version
    Device Model (EX: Apple iPhone7) : Alienware m16 R1Alienware
    Map or Trial (EX: Trial Level 92): Any
    Player Type (EX: Mage): Mage and Bounty Hunter

    Player Gear: Stalker set, Apprentice Set, Arcanist Set, Cloak of Mystic Deflection, other cloaks
    Abilities: __ Arcane Bolts, Arc Lightning, Blink, Time Warp, Paradox, Power Infusion, Celerity, Intense Training/Explosive Shot, Lethal Shot, Rapid Fire, Magnetic Trap, Snipe, Piercing Ammo, Pathfinder, Tracer Ammo
    Reproducible: 4/5 (1/5 = happened once; 2/5 = happens randomly; 3/5 = happens sometimes; 4/5 = happens often, but not always; 5/5 = happens always)​

      Hi,

      I have tried all of the steps, reset the game, deleted folders etc. It did not help. Steam version failed on the very first Trial run, Microsoft Store version succeeded on first run and froze on second. It happens right when the boss dies and the loot flies out and it happens when it would unlock more than just the next stage. Looking at task manager, the game is still doing something, it's jumping between 7 and 12% CPU. No Disk/Network activity and Very High Power Usage.

        Hmm...have you tried reducing the view distance and turning multi-core support on? Your laptop should be able to handle Eternium just fine, but these changes may help identify possible causes for the crashes.

          Hi,

          Reduced View Distance to 99, 0% 3d Creature Limit, Ambiance and Weather off, Terrain Resolution Medium, Pulsating Inventory off, Floating Numbers off, Gestures off, Framerate off. Rest is on and still crashed.

          I do not seem to be able to locate the multi-core support. Could you please point me to it?

                It's not an option on the Steam version (it is on MS).

              Is there anything that i could do? It is becoming really annoying issue and prevents me from participating in events or anything. The game doesn't generate any crashlog or anything. Just pretty much empty file:

              One thing I noticed is that when killing the process in task manager it renames the process from "MageAndMinions.exe" to "s3e application launcher (32 bit)". I tried to run the application as an administrator and in compatibility mode of other windows versions.

                Assuming you updated to the latest versions and still experience the crash. What is your eventlog showing when the crash occurs?

                      Hi,

                      I tried the same via BlueStacks 5/Google Play installation and it did the same. Stopped responding a second after boss died.
