    Can’t access the daily gems after subscribing

    Hi,
    I’ve already subscribed to the emails as required, but I still get the pop up asking to subscribe. Can’t redeem the daily.

    Make sure you're logged in at myaccount.makingfun.com with the email address linked to the Eternium profile you're trying to collect the rewards on.

      The error has now changed, the game doesn’t see me as online while I clearly do have an internet connection.

      So today, for the first time accessing the game (using Window)s, I clicked on the my daily reward (Jan 3, 2025 -- gemstones), but a new window pops up saying in order to receive these dailies, you must have a registered e-mail. So I continue, and enter the profile registration with my current email and password. Sure enough, my email and username data was already there, plus some setting for various Making Fun notifications.

      While there, I did a password reset (to see if it worked), and tweaked some of the notification settings, focusing on the Eternium game. I looked for a SAVE CHANGES button, but didn't see anything like that, so I simply exited the profile registration window.

      But when I log back into the game, I still can't collect the daily reward -- the registration window again pops up. Again, I typed in my email and password to access the profile screen. I looked for the changes I made before, and they all took.

      Exited the game, and tried using STEAM. Same effect -- no access to the daily reward. Same email, same settings as before.

      So, what's the double-secret probation trick I have to use to receive my daily reward, even though I already have a registered email?

                I deleted my email address, typed back in, made sure I saved it and I still can't collect the daily reward.

                  Hi, won't let me collect daily reward, it says you need to subscribe but I've been subscribed to receiving your emails for years. And yes it's the same email I use for the game so I'm not sure what the problem is and of course it just HAD to happen on the day it's 100 gems ?

                    I, too, am experiencing the same thing. My email address matches for Eternium and MakingFun forums. I’ve ensured I have the current game version. I’ve logged in, logged out. Cleared all options, added all News and Events. Still unable to collect rewards. This started today, January 3.

                        I agree. I understand that ultimately they're a business & therefore had to make changes to the game to create more of an income but this is taking it a step too far. I already subscribe to their emails but honestly don't understand why it should have to be a requirement for rewards.. just feels a bit shady.

                            Ditto...., am signed up, like the emails, hit subscribe regardless,, no deal on daily, just keeps flashing the subscribe prompt.
