I can log in offline, then turn on the Internet, all online functions work. But it does not save on the server. I can't log in online either.

Hello, I am running into a similar issue.
Haven't logged in to the game for years. Tried recently and am unable to login, the screen freezes on "Synchronizing" on android. On Steam, I open the game, the screen goes to "Synchronizing" again, freezes for 2 seconds then the game closes.

Hello, we have looked into this extensively. Unfortunately, the connection to our server is blocked by the government in some parts of Russia. As developers, there's nothing we can do to get around this, but some players have been able to get in using a reputable VPN.
