Looking at her game data, I see the following daily rewards:

• 2015-06-19: Slow Time
• 2015-06-20: +10 GMs and access to the prize wheel
• 2015-06-21: +10 energy pack
• 2015-06-22: +25 GMs
• 2015-06-23: +2 tickets and access to the prize wheel
• 2015-06-24: +3 energy pack
• 2015-06-25: 2x +3 energy packs
• 2015-06-26 (the day you posted): Slow Time

As you can see, she's been receiving her rewards normally.

There is a problem with the new city. Level 686 university library. It asks for pencil and its the white one then next game it asks for pencil its the red one by the phone.

This will be fixed with our next update. The white pencil will be changed to "white pencil" and the red "pencil" will be changed to "fountain pen".

Hi Travis, we have a group member who, after clicking on the freebies from the app page, is not receiving them. Also when she clicks on any friends mastery rewards she is not geting anything off them (even though they are still valid) Any suggestions?

Nope. The team has asked for a token from an affected player. So, I'm waiting for a fresh report to come in before it can be fixed.

This is a known issue that we're working on. Until it's fixed, you can click in the area where the broom should be and it will clear the engine for you.
