Hi Travis, lots of players (including myself) cannot log into the game, all they are seeing is a white screen, those who do manage to log in are seeing a time out screen. They have tried all the trouble shooting steps without success. Any suggestions please?

I am having trouble adding my friend to Hidden Express..I read where it stated to look on top of screen...I went back to the game & didn't see anything...what am I doing wrong? I played the game on facebook & had friends there, can't figure out what to do..thank you...Kathy

Are you playing the mobile version, or the web version? I ask because the mobile version does not include social features.

Point him in the direction of the strategies in the FAQ. I personally play each level before they're released and 3 stars are possible on all levels without the use of power-ups -- but power-ups sure do make things easier.

Hi Travis, we have a member who is having a lot of trouble with the first two levels of city 55. He says there doesn't seem to be a long enough train to get one star, never mind three. He would appreciate it if you could have a look please.
