    Can't advance

    Hi. I know where everything is and I cannot get 3 stars on several levels. I do them fast enough and always find the yellow flashing car item and get to the engine car. What can I do? Thank you in advance for any help!

    That's kind of the point I was making. It would take me (and the engineers) awhile to investigate without the requested details. Let's face it, players who play with a normal number of people that they actually know don't experience these types of problems. The game is not really designed to be played with 706 "friends" through multiple profiles. Even though a LOT of people do it, adding unknown people as friends and having mulitple profiles violates Facebook's EULA (which is used to set guidelines for how games should operate) six ways to Sunday.

    It's been like this since around new years day. I'd have to go through my friend list and the game list to see who's missing. That'll take a while.

    This is known to happen around new releases. If it hasn't cleared up by the time you read this response, then please give me a few specific examples of people you should be able to send to and can't. I'll check to see if they've logged in recently, and if they're inbox has any room.

    Hey Travis. Getting a lot of people myself included missing a lot of their friends in game. For myself I should be able to send energy to 706 people but for the last week or so this has been reduced to 546. Others are missing more people and others less.

    Bonnie bought a Rollback for 5 tickets and a bundle of 5x Seekers for 19 tickets yesterday, but nothing that would add up to 100 tickets. Please double check to make sure she's not confused. She has 89 tickets now, so she would have had 113 before her purchases yesterday. Are you sure she didn't say something like "I had over 100 tickets and now I don't"?
