    Travis, I may have posted this message on the wrong thread (new Fall pins 2015), so I am copying it here,

    He had used 100 tickets to buy 500 GMs. I went ahead and reversed the transaction.

    That's weird. We get reports of this on the mobile version, but never the web version (not very often anyway). When we do, it's always been player confusion. Is she seeing 3 stars on the results screen? If so, could you please have her take a screenshot?

    I thought you may have had an answer to my problem but I played on a small screen and unfortunately still had the same problems. It is clear from the posts in my group that there is a major problem with playing the game right now! On which I know the developers are working on!
