I've already done that, didn't work. And no, I only have the 1 account in the game and on the site. And my last attempt to log into the game and site at the same time resulted in the game simply crashing.

It sounds like you may have multiple accounts - you're logged into the game with one and the website with another. Try clearing your browser cache (http://www.wikihow.com/Clear-Your-Browser's-Cache). Make sure "all time" is selected for the time range and the "cookies and other site data" as well as the "cached images and files" options are selected.

And again can't claim the reward on the site. Now it keeps telling me to log into the game and play a level, even though I already did. So can't claim the second reward now.
Never did get the gems from the first reward either. Why have anything like this if you can't get the thing to work right? It's just frustrating and a waste of time for the players trying to collect a reward they'll never get because you can't figure out how to connect the site with the game properly.
I give up, not even gonna bother anymore. Never got the gems the first time, now can't even get at the second one to try that one because your site just keeps thinking I'm not logged in even though I am on the site and in the game. So I think I'll just be clicking uninstall and save myself the trouble.

In order to keep your event hero, you need to have an UNLOCKED, VACANT hero slot BEFORE you end the event...that includes the newly added slots.

I have a question about the ANB hero now that there are extra slots available. Once the ANB ends, do we still need to delete one of our heroes to keep the ANB or just have one of the new slots unlocked?

I guess the email address change on my Eternium Account from the other day has caused the website to be unlinked. I cannot seem to find any Account Settings on this page. Is there a way to change account settings on the website and if so, are you able to provide a link?

Make sure you're logged into the game and the website with the same account.

I have logged in, played story levels and trials and logged out several times. When clicking on "Get My Reward", https://www.eterniumgame.com/rewards/10anniversary.html opens in browser tab followed by authentication and then... (see image). Maybe there is an easy fix I am just not seeing.Attached Files

Doesn't mean there wasn't a bug. Actually came across another one, items being moved in and out of my inventory weren't dropping into the slot, they were hovering slightly on top of it and slowly sliding down lol.

You do not need a vacant hero slot to make an event hero. A slot will be provided for you to use during the event.

And yet another issue... my god it's almost easier to just uninstall this game than to try and actually play it.
Trying to delete the regular hero I made in my second slot to free up space to make an event hero... but it won't let me delete the damn thing. There is usually a few seconds countdown timer before you can click yes to delete, except there's no timer and I can't click the yes button at all. So I'm stuck with that hero in the second slot and my only option would be to spend more gems to unlock a 3rd slot....... no idea what you guys did with the last update but the only thing that seems to work is the better pathing in town, everything else seems to be broken.......
update, finally was able to delete that hero, had to restart the game. Gonna be a lot more work if I have to restart the game every time I want to do something.
