- choosing the right build and gear at the start of the trial is a strategic decision and it should matter.

I bet the adoption rate on this one is abysmal. I'm not installing on my main account until there's a Windows version. I'll try it on my second account, but I'm not sure the characters there are decent enough to get a good idea about how it plays.

For Warriors it definitely seems to be a Buff. Both Shockwave and Deadly Throw have low CD and Shock Wave takes advantage of the new charges system (2 charges). My Warrior is poorly outfitted and only lvl 62 (less than 250 CL too) right now but I can maintain a constant rotation of DT, BR, Sw with less than 50% CD reduction and an Atk Sp of just over 4.0. Running big pulls you can use both DT and SW to pull at short range(SW at lvl 5+ will heal 5% per target) and once you stand your ground SW basically equates to a Full Heal every few seconds until the crowd thins way down and it knocks enemies back some to give breathing room.
For Mages the Godliness of Full Apprentice definitely took a massive hit for high end players like LED who relied on that exponential damage increase to clear super high level Trials but I don't know that it will be such a huge hamner blow to average players since it didn't get really ridiculous until you did a level pull anyway. Knockback /slow resistance is going to SUCK for Mages in the long run though since we're so squishy and keeping powerful mobs away from us is our best defense.
As for the new skills, Frostbeam seems OK from what I've seen (it's not gonna replace Singularity but might work as a swap for Ice Burst or Blizzard) but not that special and on a long CD although if you move while channeling it cancels and your CD is much lower and CD runs throughout the channel. I think it might really shine VS bosses when you just pour out the damage but still probably doesn't outdo Arcane Bolt with a high Atk Sp.
Blink is a welcome addition as it gives Mages a mobility skill, uses the charge system (2 as well), and presumably gives us both an escape hatch and temporarily doubles or triples our DPS. However, it's also on a long CD, doesn't seem to transfer aggro to the Mirage, and I think it just auto attacks with your Primary Attack. Also seems to be causing the game to crash when the decoys despawn. Might be a suitable replacement for Time Warp though.

I'm on my 2nd account, so I've only got low level skills to go by. Deadly Throw I'm indifferent about so far. Shockwave is very fun though, high damage, 2 charges on about a 10 second CD, so you can hit it once every 5 secs (on my alt account, so we'll see how that changes with max level stuff). If it ends up healing decently this may be a very useful skill.
The mage on this account is too low level to even have the new skills unlocked, so no comments there.

both skils are of medicore use. I still think Wirlwind is superior and you will kill mobs faster. The issue with shock wave is that in most instances deaths are instant or at least sub 1s not a slow wearing down. Shockwave wont help their. IT may help in some areas but i will need to test more. I leveled boths skills to 6 during my tests.
Forgot to add the extra base armor is nice.
And finalyl the new skills will probably be much better for those who heavily stack ability rate as i onyl have 22% CD in my xp gear i was testing on.Last edited by Bryce Solomons; 11-10-2016, 01:41 AM.

For me my ipad is perminantly disconnected from the net and this update will never come close to my ipad until multiplayer is relased or they make the game playable on my samsung phone again. The Led run will live on for now. Only problem is i get no quests.gems.crafts.....but i get 100 legendarys a day to make up for it.Led
