I mentioned in another thread that I would prefer the end game to be difficulty based rather than building CLs. Trials is a good way of keeping interest aslong as it becomes difficult enough to beat a certain level, needing good gear and good tactics to complete...which at the moment its way too easy (Led :P) )

1. It makes it less likely that people pay gems to unlock the extra character slots, especially 4th and 5th.
2. I don't want play strategy during a level to become "Chain CC the boss in DPS gear until he's immune, then switch to defense gear and tank him until the immunity wears off, then repeat until win." where we're just switching gear/spec back and forth mid-fight.

Or gems unlock, wardrobe, more gems unlock spec change as well...more gems give you a 2nd config etc
