I just tested this feature (and I checked with other players) and everything worked as intended. Just to make sure I understand your report, are you saying that you had extra (uncollected) bonus chests on your Season screen/path and they were not mailed to you when the Season ended?

Correct. As noted by others, where my account stands, those chests would have been salvage fodder but figured I would make you all aware.

There is NOTHING in the season pass premium or plus that I will use except for gems!

Agree, sadly the only other "reward" that had any value was the Celestial Crate(s), but those were only offered as Premium rewards. I just deleted a hero to get rid of hundreds of lesser valued items, such as 50% & 100% XP./XG boosters.

How can it be that the season just started yet some players are already on season lvl 60???

You can buy Season levels, 100 Gems each - also buying the Pass gives you +10 levels. So either use some money and 4900 Gems, or just straight out use 5900 Gems... easy for long term players or those willing to spend.

Why there's no season rewards for Arena (PVP)?

The Arena was an experimental feature added to the game just to see how players would like asynchronous PvP. Before any leaderboard rewards are added, the crashes need to be fixed and numerous balance changes need to be made.
