I keep clicking the "Claim It" link, and no email is ever sent. I don't log into the game with any account, I just run the Windows app... What is the idea of this message?

Is this talking about an "in-game" mail message or an actual "email" message that is supposed to be sent? Because I see neither show up when clicking "Claim It"... and yes I can see email to the same email address I did use to login to the game.

Clicking the link on the website generates an email containing a reward link. Click the link in the email to receive the reward via in-game message. Be sure to check your spam folder for the email with the reward link and you have to have an event hero to receive the message.
