Travis, now the Halloween level is 19 tickets to play and the prize is three shooting stars I have been asked to ask you if the players who paid 84 tickets (and have been trying for a while to get the last pumpkin) will get he charm or shooting stars as a reward?

Travis, one of our members says she is only getting 1 energy every 6 minutes. When you have time could you have a look at this for her please?

Travis three members are having the same problem. They can only get the game to load to where it says city 45 is here and then it won't go any further. Could you look at their game please?

If they have not mastered the Haunted City yet, then they will receive the current mastery reward, which is 3 shooting stars. If they purchased the content for 84 tickets, hoping to get the Spirit Sense charm, then they can shoot me an email once they master it if they'd prefer the charm over shooting stars.

Have they all tried the usual troubleshooting steps? Are they still having trouble after today's update?

Hi Travis, Me and several others in our group have posted a problem of not being able to click on anything when the game loads. Nothing works, the "X", the message box, or any of the clickable links, that should take us into the game. Is there a problem that has been reported already? I didn't see anything here about it. This is the screen that comes up, then we can't do anything:

Hello sir, By slow move of train , iclicked and it went for slow power ups and it took off 29 tickets, but i had more than 70 slow time and i dont want it . So can i get back the 29 tickets pl help me thank you.

Hi Travis, Me and several others in our group have posted a problem of not being able to click on anything when the game loads. Nothing works, the "X", the message box, or any of the clickable links, that should take us into the game. Is there a problem that has been reported already? I didn't see anything here about it. This is the screen that comes up, then we can't do anything:

We had a lot of similar reports come in over the weekend, but we weren't able to reproduce the issue. We tried something this morning that may have fixed the issue, so please try playing again and let me know if it helped.

'Having read your post carefully Travis - am I correct in thinking that after the rogue AB testing was switched off, everybody would be on the same energy regeneration ie 1 bar every three minutes? If so, why is it that some of my friend's energy regenerates at the rate of 1 bar every six minutes still?'

The A/B test is still running, so players will still see different regeneration times.
